យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិនៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានឲ្យដឹងថា លោកជំទាវ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្នុងន័យបង្ហាញពីកាយវិការសុច្ឆន្ទៈ និងការបញ្ជាក់ពីការតាំងចិត្តដ៏ម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ក្នុងការអនុវត្តសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមទីក្រុងកូឡាឡាំពួរ ស្តីពីសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ដែលមាន ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី ដូណាល់ ត្រាំ និង ឯកឧត្តមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី អាន់វ៉ា អ៊ីប្រាហ៊ីម ធ្វើជាសាក្សី កម្ពុជានិងថៃបានឯកភាពគ្នាចាប់ផ្តើមកែសម្រួលយុទ្ធោបករណ៍ និងអាវុធធុនធ្ងន់របស់ខ្លួនមួយផ្នែកនៃជំហានទី១ សម្រាប់ជានិមិត្តរូប ក្រោមការសង្កេតការណ៍របស់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT)។
បន្ទាប់ពីការចុះហត្ថលេខាលើសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួម នៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅវេលាម៉ោង ០៩:០០នាទីយប់ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានធ្វើការកែសម្រួលយុទ្ធោបករណ៍ និងអាវុធធុនធ្ងន់របស់ខ្លួនដោយដកមួយផ្នែកនៃជំហានទី១ សម្រាប់ជានិមិត្តរូបនៃការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការអនុវត្តនូវសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមនេះ។
កម្ពុជាសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា ការបោះជំហានដ៏វិជ្ជមាននេះនឹងចូលរួមចំណែកដល់កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរួមរបស់ប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពឡើងវិញក្នុងពេលដ៏ឆាប់ខាងមុខ។

Her Excellency Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public and both domestic and international media outlets of the following:
In demonstrating sincerity and firm commitment in implementing the Joint Declaration between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as witnessed by President Donald J.Trump and Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Cambodia and Thailand agreed to begin the partial removal of the First phase of the planned removal of heavy and destructive weapons as a symbolic demonstration, under the observation of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT).
Following the signing of the Joint Declaration on October 26, 2025, both parties began the partial removal of the First phase of the planned removal, at 09:00 PM, as a symbol of their commitment to implementing the said Joint Declaration.
Cambodia sincerely hopes that this positive step will contribute to the joint efforts of both countries in promoting peace, stability, and a swift return to normalcy. On this occasion, Cambodia reaffirms its unwavering commitment to fully and effectively respecting and implementing the Joint Declaration achieved in Kuala Lumpur. Cambodia will continue to work closely with Thailand for the benefit of both nations and their peoples for many generations to come.
