ក្រសួងការពារជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាតាមរយៈបណ្ដាញសង្គមនៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បាន ជម្រាបជូនដល់សាធារណជន អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ អំពីលទ្ធផល នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) រវាងយោធភូមិ ភាគទី៥របស់កម្ពុជា និងបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានការពារព្រំដែនខេត្តច័ន្ទបុរី និងខេត្តត្រាតរបស់ថៃ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយកម្ពុជាធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ។
គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ឯក សំអូន មេបញ្ជាការយោធភូមិភាគទី៥ និងជា សហប្រធាននៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ (RBC)។ គណៈ ប្រតិភូថៃដឹកនាំដោយឧត្តមនាវីឯក អភិឆាត សាប់ប្រះសើត មេបញ្ជាការ បញ្ជាការដ្ឋានការពារ ព្រំដែនខេត្តច័ន្ទបុរី និងខេត្តត្រាត និងជាសហប្រធាននៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ (RBC)។
កិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) បានចាប់ផ្តើមនៅម៉ោង១០៖៣០នាទីព្រឹក និងបានបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យ នៅវេលាម៉ោង១១៖២០នាទីព្រឹក ថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញនេះ ភាគីកម្ពុជា និងថៃ បានឯកភាពគ្នាក្នុងការរក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងជាប្រចាំរវាងបណ្តាយោធភូមិភាគ និងតំបន់យោធា ព្រមទាំងបណ្តាអង្គភាព នៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងខិតខំដោះស្រាយរាល់បញ្ហាដោយសន្តិវិធីនិងជៀសវាងការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នា។
ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងបន្ថែមទៀតនៅគ្រប់កម្រិត ដើម្បីកសាង ជំនឿទុកចិត្ត និងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពជាអ្នកជិតខាងល្អ។ តាមរយៈការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងគ្នានេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ពីការវិវឌ្ឍជាវិជ្ជមាន និងវឌ្ឍនភាពដែលសម្រេចបានកន្លងមកសំដៅជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើគ្រប់វិស័យនិងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពឡើងវិញ៕

The Ministry of National Defence would like to inform the public, as well as national and international journalists, of the results of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC) between Military Region 5 of Cambodia and the Chanthaburi-Trat Border Defence Command of Thailand of August 25, 2025, with Cambodia as the host.
The Cambodian delegation was led by Lieutenant General Ek Sam-Aun, the Commander of Military Region 5 and Co-Chairman of the RBC Extraordinary Meeting. The Thai delegation was led by Vice Admiral Aphichat Sapprasert, the Commander of the Border Defence Command of Chanthaburi and Trat Province and Co-Chairman of the RBC Extraordinary Meeting.
The meeting was commenced at 10:30 AM and successfully concluded at 11:20 AM on the morning of August 25, 2025.
During this extraordinary meeting, both the Cambodian and Thai sides agreed to maintain regular communication between their respective army areas and military regions, and units along the Cambodia-Thailand border. They also pledged to resolve all issues peacefully and to avoid any conflicts. Both sides also emphasized the importance of further strengthening relations at all levels in order to build trust and promote good neighborliness. Through this communication, both sides highlighted the positive developments and progress achieved to date, aiming to promote cooperation in all sectors and thereby ensure a return to normalcy.
