សម្ដេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈបណ្ដាញសង្គមនៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានបង្ហោះផ្សាយខ្លឹមសារដូចតទៅ៖
នៅថ្ងៃនេះ ខ្ញុំបានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកជំទាវ គីម ជីណា អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទី២ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេសសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េនិងគណៈប្រតិភូ។ ទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា-សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ដែលត្រូវបានភ្ជាប់ឡើងវិញនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩៧ និងត្រូវបានដំឡើងកម្រិតដល់ភាពជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនៅឆ្នាំ២០២៤ កាន់តែមានភាពរឹងមាំនិងស៊ីជម្រៅជាមួយនឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់ស្ទើរគ្រប់វិស័យ។
យើងក៏បានពិភាក្សាគ្នាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆ្លងដែនជាពិសេសការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យាដោយបានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាច្រើនឆ្នាំកន្លងមក រវាងអាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជា និងអាជ្ញាធរកូរ៉េ ហើយដែលបានសម្រេចនូវលទ្ធផលល្អជាផ្លែផ្កាជាច្រើនរួចមកហើយ។ ក្នុងពេលជាមួយគ្នា, កម្ពុជា និងកូរ៉េ នឹងបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរួមគ្នាដើម្បីបង្ការ, ទប់ស្កាត់និងប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់សំដៅចូលរួមចំណែកថែរក្សា, ការពារសន្តិសុខ, សណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់សាធារណៈនិងសុវត្ថិភាពសង្គម ។
ប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃនេះ, បណ្តាញសារព័ត៌មានរបស់ប្រទេសជិតខាងមួយ បានផ្សាយថា មេដឹកនាំរបស់គេមានគម្រោងពិភាក្សាជាមួយឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតីកូរ៉េ ដើម្បីរកវិធីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យានៅកម្ពុជាដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងជនជាតិកូរ៉េ។ ខ្ញុំបានជម្រាបជូនលោកជំទាវ គីម ជីណា ថា ប្រសិនករណីនេះជាការពិត ខ្ញុំសូមឱ្យលោកជំទាវជម្រាបជូនឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតីកូរ៉េថា កម្ពុជាមិនត្រូវការពឹងពាក់ប្រទេសជិតខាងណាមួយមកធ្វើការងារនេះជំនួសកម្ពុជាឡើយហើយមេដឹកនាំប្រទេសនោះគួរផ្តោតលើការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាផ្ទៃក្នុងប្រទេសរបស់ខ្លួនឱ្យបានល្អទៅ។ ចំពោះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជានិងកូរ៉េលើបញ្ហាប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ប្រទេសយើងទាំងពីរមានសមត្ថភាព និងលទ្ធភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងកិច្ចសហការទ្វេភាគីដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា និងមិនចាំបាច់មានអ្នកទីបីមកជួយជំរុញនោះទេ។
Today, I had a discussion with Her Excellency Kim Jina, Second Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, and her accompanying delegation. The Cambodia–Republic of Korea relations, which were reestablished in 1997 and elevated to the level of a Strategic Partnership in 2024, have continued to grow stronger and deeper, with remarkable progress in cooperation across nearly all sectors.
We also discussed joint efforts in combating transnational crimes, particularly online scams – emphasizing that cooperation between the Cambodian and Korean authorities over the years has yielded many fruitful outcomes. At the same time, Cambodia and the Republic of Korea will continue to strengthen our collaboration to prevent, suppress, and combat online scams more effectively, contributing to the maintenance of peace, public order, and social security.
In recent days, media outlets from a neighboring country reported that its leader plans to discuss with His Excellency the President of the Republic of Korea ways to address online scams issues in Cambodia involving Korean nationals. I informed Her Excellency Kim Jina that, if this report is true, I would like her to convey to His Excellency the President that Cambodia does not need any neighboring country to carry out such work on its behalf. The leader of that country should instead focus on properly resolving their own domestic issues. As for the bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and the Republic of Korea in combating online scams, our two countries possess sufficient capacity and means to work together bilaterally to resolve the matter — without the need for any third-party involvement.
