ក្រុមការងារជំនាញដោះមីនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ជួបប្រជុំពិភាក្សាដើម្បីពិនិត្យតំបន់សាកល្បងក្នុងតំបន់អាទិភាពនៅព្រំដែន ដែលស្ថិតនៅឃុំអូរបីជាន់ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ទល់មុខ ឃុំណូនម៉ាកម៉ូន ស្រុកគោកស៊ូង
យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយនៅក្នុងបណ្ដាញសង្គមរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានឲ្យដឹងថា លោកជំទាវឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅវេលាម៉ោង១២:០៥នាទីថ្ងៃត្រង់នេះ ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ លើការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌បានប្រគល់ភារកិច្ចជូនក្រុមការងារនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនកម្ពុជា (CMAC) និងក្រុមការងារនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនថៃ (TMAC) ឱ្យជួបប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារបច្ចេកទេសដើម្បីពិនិត្យតំបន់សាកល្បងក្នុងតំបន់អាទិភាពនៅព្រំដែន ដែលស្ថិតនៅឃុំអូរបីជាន់ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ទល់មុខ ឃុំណូនម៉ាកម៉ូន ស្រុកគោកស៊ូង ខេត្តស្រះកែវ ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សានៅថ្ងៃនេះរៀបចំឡើងស្របតាមការសម្រេចរបស់ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥កន្លងទៅនេះ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមការសង្កេតការណ៍របស់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដើម្បីតាមដាននិងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់។
សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ការជួបប្រជុំពិភាក្សានិងការអនុវត្តការងារត្រូវតែគោរពតាមគោលការណ៍ និងនិយាមនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិ (SOP) ដែលក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរបានឯកភាពគ្នា។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌នេះត្រូវគោរពតាមគោលការណ៍ការពារអធិបតេយ្យនិងបូរណភាពទឹកដីដោយម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ព្រមទាំងឈរលើស្មារតីគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញ ទៅមក។
Her Excellency Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, would like to inform the public, as well as national and international media outlets, as follows:
On 7 November 2025, at 12:05 PM, The Cambodia-Thailand Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) have nominated the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) and the Thai Mine Action Center (TMAC) to hold a technical meeting to assess the pilot area in the priority border area that is situated in Ou Bei Choan Commune, Ou Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey Province, the Kingdom of Cambodia, opposite to Nonmak Moon Commune, Khok Song District, Sa Kaeo Province, the Kingdom of Thailand, in accordance with the decision of the Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) meeting taken place on 31 October 2025.
This meeting is under the observation of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) to observe and verify.
The meeting discussion and implementation of the work shall be in complaince with the principles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) agreed upon by the Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) of the two countries.
It should be noted that this Humanitarian Demining operation shall be strictly adhered to the principles of protecting sovereignty and territorial integrity and be based on the spirit of mutual respects.
