យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានឱ្យដឹងថា លោកជំទាវឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា កិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ(RBC) រវាងយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ កម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ ថៃ ដែលគ្រោងធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ត្រូវបានលើកទៅពេលក្រោយ តាមការស្នើសុំរបស់ភាគីថៃ និងជំនួសវិញដោយជំនួបជាមួយក្រុមលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) វិញ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
យោធភូមិភាគទី៤កម្ពុជា នឹងបន្តសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយភាគីថៃក្នុងការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំខាងលើឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័ស ដើម្បីអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យភាគីទាំងពីរជំរុញការបន្តអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព ព្រមទាំងស្វែងរកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាក់ស្តែងសំដៅលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ក៏ដូចជាការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពឡើងវិញ។

The Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, both domestic and international media outlets, of the following:
The Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC) meeting between the Cambodian 4th Military Region and the Thai 2nd Army Area, which was originally scheduled for October 15–17, 2025, has been postponed at the request of the Thai side. The RBC meeting will be replaced by the RBC Secretariat meeting scheduled for October 17, 2025.
The Cambodian 4th Military Region will continue to coordinate with the Thai side to organize the RBC meeting as expeditiously as possible. This commitment is aimed at allowing both sides to promote the continued full and effective implementation of the ceasefire, seek practical cooperation to enhance peace and stability, and facilitate a swift return to normalcy between the two countries.
