យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយនៅក្នុងបណ្ដាញសង្គមរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិបានឲ្យដឹងថា លោកជំទាវឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា នៅល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ(JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ បានបញ្ចប់កិច្ចប្រជុំ ដោយបានកំណត់តំបន់សាកល្បងចំនួន១ទីតាំង នៅក្នុងតំបន់ចម្ការមីនអាទិភាពនៅព្រំដែន សម្រាប់ដំណើរការដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌ ដែលមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅឃុំអូរបីជាន់ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ទល់មុខ ឃុំណូនម៉ាកម៉ូន ស្រុកគោកស៊ូង ខេត្តស្រះកែវ ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ដែលការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌នេះ ត្រូវអនុលោមតាមនិយាមនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិ (SOP) ចុះថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រវាងក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ។
ផ្អែកតាមស្មារតីនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ក្រុមការងារសម្រប សម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF)កម្ពុជា-ថៃ បានប្រគល់ភារកិច្ចជូនមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនកម្ពុជា (CMAC) និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនថៃ (TMAC) ដើម្បីជួបប្រជុំនិងពិភាក្សាការងារបច្ចេកទេសនៅទីតាំងជាក់ស្ដែង នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ខាងមុខនេះ។
ការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌នេះ ត្រូវគោរពតាមគោល ការណ៍ការពារអធិបតេយ្យនិងបូរណភាពទឹកដីដោយម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ព្រមទាំងឈរលើស្មារតីគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងនាមប្រទេសជិតខាង។

On the evening of 31 October 2025, the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) has concluded the meeting with the identification of 1 pilot border area in the priority minefield border area for Humanitarian Demining located at Ou Bei Choan Commune, Ou Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey Province, the Kingdom of Cambodia, opposite to Nonmak Moon Commune, Khok Song District, Sa Kaeo Province, the Kingdom of Thailand, in which this Humanitarian Demining work shall be in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) dated 23 October 2025 between the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF).
Based on the spirit of this meeting, the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) has tasked CMAC and TMAC to meet and discuss on technical work at the actual location on the upcoming 7 November 2025.
This Humanitarian Demining work shall be strictly based on the principle of respecting sovereignty and territorial integrity and stand on the spirit of mutual respects as neighbouring country.
