ក្រោយពេលអានកាសែតថៃ The Nation ចុះផ្សាយពីកម្ពុជា ខ្ញុំមានការចាំបាច់ធ្វើការណែនាំពួកគេឲ្យមានវិជ្ជាជីវៈក្នុងការសរសេរ។ អ្វីដែលខ្ញុំគួរណែនាំទៅក្រុមកាសែតអស់លោកនោះគឺថា អស់លោកគួរផ្តោតការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើសភាពការណ៍ផ្ទៃក្នុងថៃល្អជាងមកគិតពីអនាគតនយោបាយផ្ទៃក្នុងកម្ពុជា។
ខ្ញុំកាន់អំណាចតាំងពីអ្នកកាសែតថៃខ្លះមិនទាន់ចាប់កំណើត ឬនៅដើរស្រាតនៅឡើយ។ ខ្ញុំស្គាល់នូវអ្វីដែលហៅថានយោបាយផ្ទៃក្នុងកម្ពុជា ក្នុងពេលដែលអ្នកកាសែតថៃមួយចំនួនមិនទាំងស្គាល់សភាពការណ៍ថៃខ្លួនឯងផង មកខំសរសេរវាយតម្លៃសភាពការណ៍កម្ពុជា។
ខ្ញុំចង់ប្រាប់លោកអ្នកតាមដានឲ្យបានដិតដល់នូវអ្វីដែលនឹងកើតឡើងក្រោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលអាយុ៤ខែ? ក្រោយរំលាយសភានិងក្រោយការបោះឆ្នោតនាដើមឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ រឿងនៅកម្ពុជាពួកយើងចេះចាត់ចែងកិច្ចការខ្លួនឯងហើយ មិនចាំបាច់សរសេរបង្វែរសាច់រឿងពីថៃមកកម្ពុជាទេ។ (បើលេងកុំខឹង បើខឹងកុំលេង)៕
After reading several articles published by The Nation about Cambodia, I find it necessary to offer them some guidance on journalistic professionalism. What I wish to advise them is this: they should focus more closely on Thailand’s internal affairs rather than speculating about Cambodia’s political future.
I have been in power since before some of these Thai journalists were even born or were still walking around naked. I understand what internal Cambodian politics truly entails, while some of these Thai reporters seem unaware even of the state of their own country’s affairs, yet still attempt to analyse and critique the situation in Cambodia.
I would like to tell them to pay close attention to what will unfold after the government reaches four months in office, following the dissolution of parliament and the early elections scheduled for 2026.
When it comes to Cambodia, we know how to manage our own affairs. There is no need to twist Thai domestic stories into narratives about Cambodia.
